# Keep Status On Support

Help for the browser extension, account, trial, and subscription

## Getting started

- Install Keep Status On and sign in to your Keep Status On account.

- Open Slack or Microsoft Teams in a browser tab and sign in to that service.

- Open the extension, select the tab, and choose Start or configure a schedule.

- Keep the browser and selected tab open while the feature is running.

Keep Status On helps keep your status online, but presence is controlled by Slack and
Microsoft Teams and is not guaranteed.

## Common questions

### I cannot sign in

Confirm that you are using the same email and sign-in method used to create your account.
If you cannot access an email account, contact support from the registered address
and include the exact error message. Never send your password.

### Start does not activate a tab

Make sure the tab is still open, Slack or Microsoft Teams is signed in, and the browser
has not disabled the extension. Stop and start the tab again after navigation. On other
websites, real keyboard or mouse input may stop the current scheduled occurrence.

### My trial or subscription is not active

Access activates only after Stripe confirms checkout. Return to the extension after
checkout and refresh your account status. If payment completed but access is missing,
email support from the address used for the purchase. Do not send card details.

### How do I manage or delete my account?

Use [Account settings](https://login.keepstatuson.com/settings) to update credentials,
manage your subscription, or permanently delete your account.
