Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Keep Status On account and personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@keepstatuson.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject Keep Status On data deletion request.
3. State which login provider you used and whether you want your active subscription canceled.
4. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we send to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your user profile, authentication provider links, application sessions, registered installations, OAuth state records, and daily usage records. We also request cancellation of any active subscription when requested. Removing the extension from your browser deletes extension-managed local data.

What may be retained

Stripe may retain transaction records required by financial law. We may retain minimal records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance. Retained information is isolated from normal product use and deleted when the obligation ends.

Timing and confirmation

We acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law. We send confirmation when processing is complete. You may also revoke Keep Status On from your Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook account settings; revocation stops future social-login access but does not by itself delete data already stored by Keep Status On.
